By accessing or using the Pixilang platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, administrators, and any person who interacts with the Service.
Pixilang provides an AI-powered communication platform for home-service businesses. The Service includes AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls, automated SMS messaging, appointment scheduling, customer management, analytics, and a web-based dashboard. Features may change as we continue to develop and improve the platform.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

By using the Service to send SMS messages to your customers, you represent and warrant that you have obtained proper consent from each recipient in accordance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all messaging regulations. Pixilang sends only transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations and reminders) and does not send marketing or promotional messages on your behalf.
The Service uses AI-powered voice agents to handle inbound and outbound phone calls. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, service improvement, and to provide features such as call summaries and analytics. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction, including informing callers that calls may be recorded. AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Pixilang and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Twilio, Retell AI, Stripe, Supabase, and Anthropic. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of any third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixilang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service uses artificial intelligence, and AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
