Pixilang is an AI-powered communication platform for home-service businesses. When a business uses Pixilang, their customers may receive SMS text messages related to scheduled services and appointments.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Pixilang, you may receive the following types of text messages:

• Appointment confirmations — Confirmation of a newly scheduled appointment
• Appointment reminders — Reminders before your upcoming appointment
• Rescheduling notices — Updates if your appointment time changes
• Cancellation notices — Confirmation if an appointment is cancelled
• Follow-up messages — Post-service follow-ups from your service provider

Pixilang does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

You may provide consent to receive SMS messages in any of the following ways:

• During a phone call — By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts when speaking with an AI agent or business representative
• Through a website or form — By entering your phone number and checking a consent box when booking a service online
• By texting START — By sending the keyword START to the business's Pixilang phone number

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP — Text STOP to the number that sent you the message
• Call the business — Contact the service provider directly and ask to be removed
• Email us — Send a request to info@pixilang.com with the phone number you want removed

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typically you will receive 1 to 5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pixilang does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
